I received a message telling me to contact iTunes when trying to purchase Gems. What should I do?

If you receive a message when trying to purchase gems or cash telling you to contact Apple, it means there has been a problem with your purchase.

In-game purchases are made through Apple, using your iTunes account. As Apple deals with all in-game purchases on iOS, we are unfortunately unable to help you rectify this problem and Apple will need to be contacted for further information.
