If you made a purchase and you did not receive what you paid for, the first thing to do is to check that the purchase was actually accepted by Google or Apple. As all purchases are handled by either Google or Apple depending on the platform you are playing on, ShortRound Games are unable to help with any problems that may have occurred during billing.

If your payment was processed properly, then please submit a support ticket including the App Store or Play Store receipt for each purchase you made.
Receipts will be required to verify any purchases made, so please be sure to submit this information with your ticket to enable our support staff to deal with your problem as promptly as possible.
