I logged in to Game Center but my account isn’t loading.

Firstly, please ensure that you are using the correct Game Center Account and have a reliable connection to the internet.

If you are certain that the account you are logged into is the correct one and is linked to a Rival Gears account, then the next step would be to check that the Apple Game center service is currently running correctly and no problems with the service have been reported.

If the Apple Game center service is working properly, then your next step will be to ensure that you still have access to your game center/Apple Id account and that this service is running correctly for you.

If Game center is working and your Apple account is also functioning properly, please contact us for further assistance.
