My gems have disappeared!

If you feel like you are missing some gems, you should first ensure you have a stable internet connection, and fully close and restart the Rival Gears app.

If your gems still do not seem to be correct, please contact customer support.

In your message please state:

  • Current Gems
  • How many gems you believe you should have
  • When you last spent gems and what your spent them on
  • Any receipts for recent gem purchases
